meet Leslie

Leslie Trasport is a creative powerhouse with a heart for community and a love for all things art and design. Born and raised in Southern California by artist parents, Leslie’s life has always been a colorful mix of creativity and adventure. By 15, she was already diving into agricultural education and design through 4H and FFA, and by 16, she started her professional journey with a local design firm. With a degree in Interior Design from the California College of Design and Education, Leslie’s career has been nothing short of dynamic.

At 18, Leslie made waves at California’s largest county fair, starting with the Junior Livestock program and eventually becoming the Exhibits and Education Design Supervisor. Her creative touch transformed the Costa Mesa fairgrounds, earning her the reputation of being "creative energy personified."

But Leslie's passion doesn’t stop at design. She’s a dedicated community servant, with 20 years of fundraising and board service for organizations like the Assistants League of Fullerton, the Fullerton YWCA, and All the Arts for All the Kids. Her work has earned her accolades, including being named one of Fullerton’s 25 most influential people.

After 28 successful years with Leslie Kristen Interiors, Leslie brought her vibrant energy to Round Top, Texas, opening her boutique, Leslie Kristen RTTX. Now, she’s living her dream in the West, embracing small-town life with cowboy boots on and creativity in full swing. Whether she’s rallying support for the arts or adding her unique flair to local projects, Leslie is all about making Round Top shine. Don’t stress, call Les—she’s got Round Top covered!
